Who is this for? Founder-CEOs of founder-led businesses with roughly 50 to 200 employees, where growth still depends on the founder personally. It is not built for enterprise leadership development or for pre-revenue startups.
What if the diagnostic shows coaching is not the answer? Then it says so. Some constraints are structural rather than personal, and the recommendation is a Systems engagement in Leadership, Team Development or Revenue instead. The Growth Review fee is credited toward whichever follows.
What does it cost? The only published price is the Growth Review, USD 500 for 90 minutes. Ongoing coaching is scoped and priced after that session, against what the business actually needs.
