Business coaching for founder-led companies in Hong Kong. It starts with one working session.
This is a paid diagnostic. If you want to start with a free fit call, use the free call first.
If we go on to a larger engagement, the USD 500 is credited in full.
Fixed price. No package, no upsell in the room.
Business coaching begins by deciding what is actually causing the constraint. A free fit call answers one question: is there a fit to work together. It is about 30 minutes, costs nothing, and is deliberately shallow.
The Growth Review answers what is actually capping growth now. That requires preparation, a full 90 minutes, and a written output. If you are not sure which one you need, start with the free call. If you already know something is stuck and want it named, book the Growth Review.

What the diagnostic work finds
“Jerald walked our leadership through a diagnostic that put real numbers on revenue we didn’t know we were leaving on the table. Within a few working sessions, we had a defensible range in the seven figures across three specific areas of the business. That’s the kind of clarity that’s hard to get internally.”
“Jerald helps me make sense of business. I am a trained teacher, a good entrepreneur, but no one has really framed what I do with what has worked for already accomplished companies. I’m not just winging it now.”
The pattern
Most founders leading a team don't get stuck from doing too little. They get stuck because they're too close to the business to see which thing is capping it. So the same problems show up quarter after quarter, effort goes up, and the needle doesn't move.
"I keep attracting good people, and somehow I'm still the one carrying everything."
"I've delegated the tasks, but I'm still making all the decisions."
"Every time I step away, something stalls."
Leadership and executive coaching
Leadership coaching questions often show up when managers escalate, decisions route back to the founder, and a capable team waits for clarity it should already have.
We use the Review to separate a judgment or capability issue from a structural one. The next step is scoped around what we find, whether that is coaching, leadership work, or a system change.
How it works
You send a short intake on the business and where it's stuck. We look at what's public: the site, the model, the market, before we ever speak. You are not starting from zero in the room.
We find the real constraint, not the one that's easy to name. What's load-bearing, what just feels urgent, and what's actually capping growth. Direct, not a framework applied from the outside.
Clarity on the constraint and the first move to make on it. If the conversation points to something deeper, that becomes a real recommendation, not a pitch made in the room. Within 48 hours you'll have it in writing: the constraint, the reasoning, and the first move, one page you can share with a co-founder or your team.
Set expectations
This is a working session, not a diagnostic report. If the constraint turns out to need a full data-driven audit, that's a separate, larger engagement, scoped afterward.

Who you're talking to

Jerald Lee
Led Google's SMB sales operation across Asia before coaching full time
INSEAD-certified coach, 1,500+ hours, using The Growth Coach® Strategic Mindset® process
Our founder interviewed over 400 candidates at Google, and we have watched this exact confusion sink good hires. A leader says the team lacks initiative, isn't proactive, isn't stepping up. What's usually missing isn't drive. It's a written answer to who decides what. Expectations lived in conversation instead of in a system, so nobody was wrong, and nobody was clearly right either.
Before you book
The 30-minute conversation is where we check there's a fit to work together. This is different: ninety minutes actually working the problem, with your situation looked at beforehand. The fee is what makes it worth blocking that much time for, for both of us.
Then you shouldn't pay for it. If your written memo doesn't arrive within 48 hours, or the session doesn't name a specific constraint in writing, we'll refund the fee. And if the session leads into a larger engagement, the USD 500 is credited toward it, so the review is never wasted money.
Then that's what we'll say plainly. If it points to a full Revenue Audit or an engagement, we'll talk about scope and price separately, after the session, never inside it.
This works best for founders and senior leaders with a team already in place, where the bottleneck has started to show up as a pattern, not a one-off week.
You'll get a short intake to complete before the session, so the ninety minutes starts on your actual situation instead of the basics.
Fixed price, fixed scope. Select your date and pay at booking.
